The new year card

So the new year is here. First of all a very happy new year to everyone. Lets start with a new year card I made. Initially the plan was to print it out and send it as an actual card. However that never materialized beyond the "plan" stage. Here is the card though.


The main background image is the bokeh image taken in my room. For that I hung some colored lights over my desk and took an out-of-focus image. To this I added two firework pictures and finally the text. Maybe next year I will send out actual new year cards instead of e-mails.
